More than a job — a chance to change lives
MFI Polytechnic Institute trains Filipinos in practical, industry-ready skills — many of them working students, scholars and people who have less in life. When you join us, the skills you share become someone’s livelihood.
Every trainee you guide is a step toward a job, a business or a family’s better life — the heart of our tagline, “Beyond Skills, A Better Life.”
We commit to develop our MFI team to be efficient, highly motivated and guided by positive work values — learning never really stops here, for trainees or for staff.
We work in partnership with industry and other stakeholders, so what you teach and do matches what enterprises really need.
